Emil Joensson (SWE)
It was good today. There is really a long finish straight in Drammen. I was focused to get a good position in the end. If you have a good position everything can happen. I felt I had some energy left and I gave it all in the finish. It is always good to win before the World Championships but Russians will be strong as well as Norwegians.

Alex Harvey (CAN)
I’m really happy to be back on the podium. The last time I was in the podium was in Trondheim. I like racing in Norway. The crowds are really supportive. It is good to be on the podium with guys like Joensson or Northug. It’s a good sign to be on the podium only a few days before the World Championships. I will for sure do the sprint on Thursday. There is enough time between the sprint and 30 km Pursuit. I will decided day by day how my body responds.

Petter Northug (NOR)
I’m very happy to be on the podium again. I had a better feeling than yesterday. It went well in the quarter and semifinal but I’m not so satisfied with my last finish. It was a great weekend in Drammen with two podiums. I’m looking forward to the start of the World Championships on Thursday. I’m going to rest and save power for Thursday.
